Find and Practice your Happiness.
I was raised in Brooklyn, New York, surrounded by individuals from diverse backgrounds. My father is an actor, and my mother is a poet; their artistic professions, and consequently our family values, underscore the importance of emotional communication. Establishing connections with others has consistently been a significant aspect of both my career and my sense of belonging within a community. During high school, I began working in restaurants, relishing the vibrant atmosphere that shaped an experience around food. However, after years in various roles within the food industry, I felt a lack of balance in my life and desired a new way to connect food and my community.
In my journey for new opportunities, I discovered the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I became increasingly curious about how our lifestyle and dietary choices inherently impact each other. Reflecting on moments when I felt most empowered, I realized they occurred when different areas of my life — friendships, romantic relationships, family dynamics, career, exercise, diet — were operating in harmony.
My studies led me to pursuing my Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. This has deepened my ability to create dietary plans to support long-term health. Collaborating on personalized strategies based on individuals goals is key. My aim is to guide clients toward an ideal vision of health tailored to their unique bodies, lifestyles, preferences, and resources.
